‘Interesting Beyond Words! Nothing Tacky About Takis!’
This guy is amazing. He’s friendly, kind and warm hearted. He was punctual and had water chilled in the car for us. His car has two wifi hot spots for the teens! Or big teens and being a native there is nothing he doesn’t know. He also served as a driver in the armed forces so is completely fluent in English. He also speaks other languages. In a very short window we managed to see Olympia, the Archimedes museum, have lunch (been living down south too long), go to a vineyard to do some wine tasting and we even took in a few local shops on the return to the MSC Poseia aka The Mediterranean Ferry. Avoid this ship at all costs, it’s just re positioned and is chaotic. If you’re a first time cruiser then you may well love it but trust me it’s poor! And they took us to Albania! Stick to Olympia with Takis.
